PTA Meetings
General PTA Meetings take place the second Monday of each month at 12:30 pm at the Radisson Hotel in the Colorado River Room. These meetings are open to all Pine Forest families as well as the general public for the primary purpose of discussing administrative matters. This includes reports from board members, faculty and committee chairpersons. Typical subjects of discussion are membership status, budget update, and the planning and follow-up for fundraising and community building events. These meetings also provide a forum for individuals to voice their opinions, thoughts and concerns about the greater Pine Forest Community as it relates to the welfare and education of our children and families. These meetings last from 2 to 3 hours and include a lunch allotment.
